Executives Leadership Program is an accreditation service-learning
program designed to develop leadership skills among youth
by creating a
positive image, communication skills, and opportunities that will help
them plan for success in their school, career, community, and future
work experiences. JR Executives is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization
(26-2949664) that focuses on leadership development. This program has
been provided to youth ages 15 to 19 years old in the greater Phoenix
metro area. JR Executives is open to community regardless of:
race, religion; gender; or social status.
We all have a picture in our mind of the type of child that youth
mentoring works with. We see them in the news and hanging out on street
corners. We call them "troubled teens" or "at risk kids." However, many
other children who are common to youth mentoring are unseen, unnoticed,
withdrawn and too often friendless. JR Executives sees all these
children and calls them "LEADERS."
JR Executives Leadership Program offers a format for youth to be
exposed to educational opportunities in the state of Arizona. This
educational enhancement program is designed to help young people,
especially those from economically disadvantaged families, to succeed
in school and in life. Our 2011-2012 program will be filled with
wonderfully intelligent and aspiring youth, whom are currently
attending grade school, and all whom which will be attending college or
trade school in the future. Our mission is to provide training,
educational support and social resources to our youth to strengthen
their career ability, promote educational success and social
responsibility, while embracing cultural and racial unity. We
welcome all to take the time to visit our program and look forward to
your dedication to our vision.
